Hi everyone and welcome back to my blog if you're new here and like the content please don't forget to subscribe so in today's video we'll go over five office outfits that are very simple basic and easy to put together and when I say that I mean your sweaters your Cardigans turtlenecks Blazers anything that comes to your mind as a first thing when you think about office outfits now I will go over all these outfits one by one and take you guys along with me and go over my thought process and we are going to talk about some things and go over the details that can really Elevate.

these simple basic outfits and I'm going to do a voiceover today because there's construction going on in my building. I was only able to find this little window to speak some of the office outfits so without any further Ado let's get started for this first look I'm wearing my tapered black pants that I thrifted a long time ago and are still going strong but like I said in my previous Lara pants haul video I think it's high time that I start looking for a new one because the zipper has definitely started to wear off and for the top, I'm going to wear this dark gray Lily silk.

v-neck cardigan which is thick enough to keep me warm all day long I really like how it does not make my skin itch and it's very soft to touch now if I keep the cardigan as it is it does not look flattering at all however if I tuck it in my pants it creates a very nice silhouette and elevates the whole outfit instantly you can clearly see the difference between before and after now tucking in your tops or sweaters can make a huge difference especially if you are a petite person and this will create an illusion of taller silhouette and I am also wearing pointed toe heel which again will help enhance my height and next to complete the outfit.

I just decided to go with some gold rings and to balance the negative space on this v-neckline a layered necklace I think will look really lovely I personally really like the combination of gold and black so if you have something black in your outfit always try to go for the golden accessories I think it looks very classy and instantly elevates your outfit a black belt with a gold buckle I think goes really well with the golden accessories that I'm wearing and I had to tweak this a little bit to hide the old zipper on the pant so I'm just making this Loop and tying it in so it looks perfect in the end and then I'm also using a black bucket bag which again has some gold details.

everything looks put together and this is the final look foreign it's been so long since I used the color maroon for an outfit so I decided to give this bodysuit a try and make it a vintage office look and keeping this theme in mind I also use my houndstooth pants with a slit on the Hem and if you want a review on these pants you can check one of my previous haul videos but this print is definitely something that I love these days I use the same belt that came with the pants but it is too long so I used a hack for a cleaner look.

I'm using the same color elastic band and created a loop to secure the belt in place now if it looks too confusing there are numerous videos on YouTube for this hack so you can check it out I definitely did a bad job at explaining this hack now for accessories I'm using the same concept of black and gold I'm using these mismatched earrings and a necklace again black and gold because without this I think mock neck looks pretty bland again the same black see and you can all also use the same accessories that you might have lying around you don't need new accessories for every outfit that you wear based on my undertones and contrast gold is something that suits me better.

As compared to Silver and that's the reason why you see me wearing gold tones all the time I also decided to go with my black ankle-high boots and also please make sure that you're wearing long socks and not exposing half of your legs because of that slit hem because otherwise, it might end up looking clumsy and keeping in mind that it's winter season I decided to put a black cardigan on my shoulders although the layers I have underneath will keep me pretty warm I also wanted to show that a light sweater on the shoulders can also enhance your outfit and add a little depth to it.

so this is the full outfit let me know in the comment section if you like the color maroon or not I think for me it really complements my skin tone keeping in mind that every one of us has some sort of long tiring meetings with clients and stakeholders once a week I decided to go for a more formal look I am using this very beautiful silk shirt from Lily silk that has blue stripes and here I would like to take a break and thank Lili silk for sending me these beautiful products.

this shirt is their famous SOS shirt and in case you're wondering what SOS stands for its silk oversized style they also sent me a nude color bra which comes with one extra pair of detachable pads and is so comfortable for everyday wear and nude goes perfectly under the white shirt so it is a match made in heaven and for the shirt, I'm wearing a size small and I must say it is quite long enough that in some Farmers I can just style this with skinny jeans or shorts and make it like a shirt dress and during Winters I can layer it as much as possible to get that Chic Vibe going.

I think it's very versatile and can be styled in so many ways a classic capsule wardrobe piece if you decide to buy anything from Lily Silk's website don't forget to use my code cog12 now other than the shirt and the gray cardigan that I showed in the first outfit they also sent me a pillowcase now I grew up seeing my mom bear silk to the fancy occasions here and there but I never really knew its advantages and it wasn't until Lily cell contacted me to try their products that I really dig deeper into this topic and did you know that Silk is defined in terms of mom so you have 1922 and 25 mom basically hired the mom higher the density of silk and for clothes anywhere between 16 to 22 is acceptable and for bedding the range is 22 to 25.

see we all learned something new today before this I was just using set in pillowcases to protect my hair from friction and my acne-prone skin from bacteria but to my disappointment Saturn is neither antibacterial nor thermal regulating fabric but with this pillowcase, I can now definitely sleep in peace a trick to tuck an oversized shirt like this one is together both the front ends and tuck it in the front make sure you smooth out the remaining fabric.

I know it is a tedious task but something that needs to be done for a cleaner look I use navy blue pants to match the stripes of the shirt and the color theme hair was white and blue so I went with the same color accessories with some gold tones in it and I also use these Pearl style earrings but feel free to use any minimalistic pair that you might have and then I went ahead and matched my bag to the Belt now this look might be perfect and decent enough for Summers but for a colder climate I like to go for another layer and here.

I am using a gray Blazer I think this outfit looks really professional and very put together for a meeting or a presentation and then I later realized I forgot to wear my see so I went with the brown one to match with the belt and the bag so this completes our third look I was reading somewhere about the most expensive looking combinations to wear and that's when I saw white and pastel blue in that list and since the time I bought these wide leg pants I really wanted to style them because this is not my usual or go to style so I decided to go with this blue sweater from him and as usual tuck it in a little bit and then for some reason looks like.

I keep selecting belts that are too long for me so I'm making two or three Loops here and hoping for it to look good I think the end result was okay, not perfect but I think we all make mistakes sometimes and not every outfit can be perfect sometimes it's also beautiful to show our flaws I use the brown see but this time with a bracelet for a change and white boots and please don't come for me saying that you should have worn black or brown boots.

the reason was to create a taller look as these pens do make me look very short same color boots create an illusion that I have some height and here I'm also wearing small pearl earrings that are very cute and unique and here is what the final look looks like and for the bag I decided to go with brown to match with the belt and the see.

the last look I really wanted to style is my skinny jeans if you are a petite person roll up the Hem once or twice I think it looks very flattering and elevates the outfit instantly and I have mentioned this many times in my previous videos but I will remind you again to use a lint roller whenever you wear dark colors like black and navy to take out the pet hair fluff from your Woolen sweater and you will see that this clearly makes a lot of difference.

On how your outfit looks and also something that takes only a few minutes while getting ready so mine is an oversized turtleneck sweater so I like to fold the sleeves and tuck it in part on one side so I can Define the waist for turtlenecks this is one of my favorite types of the dark I think it does add a lot of Dimension to your whole silhouette and here you can clearly see the difference between before and after so again.

this is something to add to your list if you want to instantly elevate your outfit and I think it will look really stylish and then I went with minimalistic rings black see and brown earrings to match my sweater and I'm using my ankle-high boots again that ends a little below the folded hem and that's the reason why I have also folded my long socks this Gap creates a negative space in the outfit and balances the oversized look of the sweater.

I'm also tying my hair in a ponytail because I think they do interfere with the structure of the sweater and whenever possible please use a transparent elastic band for a seamless look so this was our final outfit let me know what you guys think and don't forget to like share and subscribe and I'll see you guys in my next blog.
